Flexible preceding has been proposed for channel pre-equalisation at the transmitter side. In the Letter a slight modification of the receiver is presented which enables the use of flexible preceding for channels with spectral nulls at DC and/or the Nyquist frequency. In this paper we discussed the realization of narrow-band interferences(NBI) suppression in direct sequence spread spectrum using frequency-domain algorithm, given the block diagram of the algorithm used in the system and carried out computer simulation. The analysis and simulation result indicate that the frequency-domain algorithm is more efficient than that based on commonly used LMS algorithm for the purpose of cancellation of NBI. The implementation of the system used for narrow-band interferences suppression is also specified in detail. This system is based on TMS320C6201.
In this work we show that, for a<tex>K</tex>element adaptive array and for interferers with fractional signal bandwidth, interference nulling can be accomplished using a tapped delay-line processor even when the number of interferers is greater than<tex>K-1</tex>provided that the center frequencies are different. The performance of the tapped delay-line processor improves with increasing number of taps and with decreasing interference bandwidth.
The paper reports on a reconfigurable mesh reflector antenna which adaptively adjusts the reflector surface so as to produce a pattern null in the direction of an interfering source. Deep nulls in the sidelobe region are formed after less than 50 iterations, with little degradation of the remainder of the pattern. An experimental system based on a reconfigurable mesh reflector antenna has been built and used to demonstrate the techniques. It is believed that this represents the first demonstration of adaptive nulling using control of a reflector surface rather than the excitations of array or feed array elements. Applications lie where there is no a priori knowledge of the interference location which includes both civil and military scenarios.<<ETX>>
