Based on scientific and safe aspects, the equipment control strategies of the air-condition water system in central refrigerating station was mainly researched and designed, and the rational and advanced control schemes were set up in this paper. The schemes included the strategies of power distribution control with low voltage and the automatic control of the equipments. In the forward strategies refer to the control of starting high- power electromotor, the means of soft start-up, Star-Triangle start-up and frequency conversion start-up were designed respectively. By changing the starting voltage and resistance, the starting current and the starting torque of the electromotor can be decreased and changed, then the impulsion of the starting current to the electric net also can be decreased. In the latter strategies the communicate interface between automatic control of the equipments which was based on the power distribution system with low voltage and the equipments with low voltage distribution was built up, and the accurate communication agreements among all kinds of equipments were set up. At the same time, the start up and stop of the equipments can be controlled in remote, and the messages of running condition and the alarm messages of the equipment failures can be transferred timely to the operation control center, this way the water system in central refrigerating station could be run in good condition and each designing functions of central refrigerating station could be realized, and the aims of safe, effective and saving power could be reached.
Motivation is given for a technique to more thoroughly test semiconductor equipment control systems. A description is given of a simulator-based control system testing technique. Potential benefits that could be realized by using this technique in the semiconductor industry as well as benefits documented by using this technique in other industries are described. Specific requirements for using the technique in the semiconductor industry are outlined. A summary of a survey of nine commercial simulation systems is given. Finally, the outcome of the survey is compared with the requirements for using the technique.
At present, the controlling systems of stage machinery, lighting, sound and dispatching are ran independently and lack of coordination, which is inconvenience to the stage manager in giving commands. Therefore, in this paper, a new integrated control interface, which can be used to connect the function of stage equipment control and stage scheduling manage was developed. The interface was based on the TCP/IP network communication protocols, and the network connection and data transmission could be realized by ActiveX. This new interface will overcome the shortcomings of independent operation between each system platform and supervision platform, and provide a technical support for the improvement of the performance effect.

Critical process errors are costly and photolithography is one of the few processes in semiconductor manufacturing where there is an opportunity to correct errors. Small changes in photo resist dispensed volume may have severe impact on film thickness uniformity and can ultimately affect patterning. It is important to monitor photo-dispense conditions to detect real-time events that may have a direct negative impact on process yield and be able to react to these events as quickly as possible. This paper presents an evaluation of the IntelliGenreg Mini, a photo resist dispense system manufactured by Entegris, Inc. This system utilizes advanced equipment control software, known as dispense confirmation, to detect variations in photo dispense. These variations, caused by bubbles in the dispense line, valve errors, and accidentally changed chemistries can all create maverick yield events that can go undetected until metrology, defect inspection, or wafer final test. The ability of an advanced dispense system to detect events and create alerts is a very powerful tool, but it can be most effective when that information is collected and analyzed by an automated system. In a modern fabricator this is most likely a statistical process control chart that is monitoring a track's progress and is ready to stop the track when a maverick event occurs or alert personnel to trends they may not otherwise catch with other inline metrology data. Dispense confirmation, when combined with networking capabilities, can meet this need. After a brief description of the pump, data from simulated yield-affecting events will be examined to evaluate the IntelliGenreg Mini's ability to detect them. This discussion will conclude with a brief analysis of the ultimate time and cost savings of utilizing dispense confirmation with networking capabilities to detect and eliminate poorly coated wafers.

This stage manage system is designed specifically for the integrated-control console of visual-effect equipment. System architecture, functional implementation and technical solution are proposed detailedly in this paper. This system is established based on C/S framework. Data transmission between the stage management console of visual-effect equipment and the integrated- control system is implemented by using of the “socket” trigger mechanism. The software functional modules, package format and storage format of data transmission are also introduced in this paper.
Many electrical devices need fast and frequent on and off control which require reliable and long life switches instead of traditional AC contactors, solid state relay. A new composite switch design is presented for the equipments with multiple circuits should be controlled. Based on thermal analysis of bidirectional triode thyristor and magnetic latching relay simulation, the cooling fins could be removed and up to 50 channels could be integrated and encapsulated in a package. The new design also provide RS-232, Modbus and direct link ports for external control which could cut down the cost and simplify the control circuit complexity. The new composite switch is suitable for reactive power compensation and smart distribution network control.
The management and optimal control of functional status of medical devices through CMMS systems called, has become a necessity today for any biomedical engineering department perform their duties with efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. The Subdirección de Investigación Tecnológica, of Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación in Mexico, is being developed an Information System for the Management of Medical Equipment, SIAEM in order to solve the limitations of commercial systems. Despite the improvements seen with the first two versions of SIAEM; the internal changes in workflow and the need to include new criteria for assessing performance and productivity are key points to consider the evolution of the system into a third version, where access of information is done at the client-server model in a three-tier architecture based on the methodologies of software engineering. SIAEM versions have meant significant savings in maintenance and updating. The design has ensured a CMMS “ad-hoc”, which h evolved alongside the needs of USUARIOS, and enhancing the functionality, navigability, information structure and system architecture.
The regulator theory for finite automata was established by Gatto and Guardabusi using primarily graph-theoretic arguments. The authors have developed an algebraic extension to Gatto and Guardabusi's results using a partial difference equation (PDE) model. Algebraic procedures have been established to determine the controllability as well as to find an optimal control sequence. A feedback control law can be obtained under the assumption of a full state observation. The conditions for the existence of a linear control law have been developed. This paper presents how these concepts can be applied to control manufacturing equipment. In this case, the system, including the plant, the control console and the controller, is modeled by finite state machines. An optimal homing sequence under an emergency stop is found. A nonlinear feedback control law is given as well.<<ETX>>
A smart home control system based on RS485 bus was designed in this paper. The system includes data acquisition module, communication module and relay control module. A cross-platform control system was developed in Qt-creator software to enable the control and management on Windows, Android, and touch screens. The system can realize real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, illumination, pressure difference, PM2.5 and CO2, and automatic control of each equipment through RS485 connection control module which can provide basis for linkage control of the equipment and the environment.
This guide recommends procedures to be used to perform failure investigations of power circuit breakers.
