This paper aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of administrative management using both decision analysis and data warehouse technology. Firstly, the structure of the Administrative management system is organized by five modules, which are 1) Administrative management module, 2) Decision support module, 3) Personal management module, 4) Information delivery management module, and 5) System maintenance module. Secondly, the decision analysis system for administrative management is developed by four sub- systems, that is, 1) Database management system, 2) Model base management system, 3) Knowledge base management system, and 4) Method base management system. Afterwards, to build system for administrative management, a decision analysis algorithm combined with data warehouse is designed. Finally, to test the performance of our system, we implement an administrative management system. Experimental results show that utilizing the data warehouse technology, quality of administrative management is significantly improved in four aspects: 1) Administration efficiency evaluation, 2) Quality administration evaluation, 3) Administration management satisfaction evaluation, and 4) Administrative management coverage evaluation.
All science and engineering involves abstraction of the complexity of the world into approaches and models that use simplifying assumptions, which allow generalization from one complex situation to another. The best engineering methods take advantage of the simplicity in the models without diverging so far from reality that behavior can no longer be predicted and controlled, if possible. As a system's complexity increases, however, the risks associated with using simpler methods and simplifying assumptions also increases, and something more than traditional system engineering (TSE) or conventional system engineering (CSE) is needed to deal effectively with system-of-systems, enterprises, and complex systems. While system engineering (SE) has evolved beyond TSE with additional SE bodies of knowledge including systems-of-systems engineering, enterprise systems engineering, and CSE, there is no agreed upon best practice for SE domain selection so the SE practitioner must apply personal judgment to select an appropriate SE domain and tailor applicable SE processes. We provide a heuristic decision analysis model, based on complexity and the Cynefin framework, as a novel approach to recommend an appropriate SE domain to eliminate or reduce misclassifying systems and by extension systemfailure. We demonstrate this model using a United States National HealthCare case study.

The proposed mathematical model provides a decision analysis with a simple method and project management viewpoint; the results can provide decision-makers with some suggestions to make the optimal decision on whether to construct at different reducing capacity overloads.

The language has relations to quantitative AND/OR goal models used in requirements engineering and to feature models used in software product lines. However, it simplifies such models to a minimum set of language constructs essential for decision analysis. The paper presents RADAR's modelling language, automated support for decision analysis, and evaluates its application to four real-world examples.
Information reduction function of the rough set theory is used, which can deal with the imprecise, half-baked, inconsistent data, and combines the neural network's functions of linearity approximate and pattern recognition. Then, the model of rough set neural network is set up in this paper. A decision analysis information table of satellite navigation system combat effectiveness was built. Apply the model of rough set neural network on the decision analysis of satellite navigation system combat effectiveness, and then the satisfactory decision results were obtained. This method offers new method and idea on the decision analysis of combat effectiveness for the half-baked information.
Configuration management tool play an important role in software project management, it can solve a lot of problems which trouble the software project managers, Configuration management tool selection involve in many factors, it is a multifactor, complex systems engineering problem. In this paper, use the method of fuzzy decision analysis to study. First, analysis the evaluation indicators of the configuration management tool, use the decision hierarchy diagram to analysis the function, performance, cost, service and other indicators, where after, study multi-objective fuzzy decision method, including constructing the factors index matrix, constructing the fuzzy matrix, and making decisions on programs, finally, use the configuration management tool to select the instance, explain the whole process of decision analysis methods. The results show that, fuzzy decision analysis method well solves the fuzzy and non-deterministic problem, in the configuration management tool selection, practical application should be using qualitative analysis and quantitative calculated combining method, flexibility to determine the evaluation index system and its weights value.
Intelligent Decision Analysis Platform is an advanced application of decision and analysis based on the construction of "State Grid 186" in China. The platform is committed to achieve the goal of all kinds of business managements and developments. It mainly focuses on providing scientific decisions by data mining and predicting after status data being analyzed. With the auxiliary support of the platform, power enterprises are capable of making better strategies and increasing revenue eventually. According to the characteristics of smart grid monitoring and the requirements of management efficiently as well as the demand of reliable storage of massive grid data, this paper puts forward the decision and analysis platform based on the parallel processing framework which is called Spark and the fault-tolerant abstraction for in- memory cluster computing embedded in Spark as it is known as Resilient Distributed Datasets (RDDs). This paper gives detailed analysis of the feasibility and the advantages of the new method, as well as some unsolved problems.
This paper investigates the performance of fuzzy sets theory in investment processes with the daily stock index returns of three different emerging markets. The research covers the sample representing the Serbian (BELEXline), Croatian (CROBEX) and Slovenian (LJSEX) stock indexes. The main goal is to determine whether the application of fuzzy numbers in investment processes adequately estimates the daily stock index returns in the emerging markets of Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, especially regarding decision analysis. Research results indicate that the fuzzy sets theory is significant in the framework of decision analysis in investment processes in selected emerging markets.
This manuscript introduces the concept of game options pricing model to build an approach by the decision analysis to create a bi-national market and two firm's competitive market entry behavior. The production system, market entry, and marketing strategy will face high risk uncertainty in the future; the flexible management value derived from decision-making is not only made now, but may be also made in the future. The project value for the market entry strategy can be evaluated by the real options approach which combines the mixture strategic game concept so as to decide the entry threshold, entry timing, and expected potential market entry value. This game options approach can provide the other concept for the decision analysis in some optimal solutions which is evaluated by the traditional approach of operational research.
