  • Research on Electronic Commerce Consumer Behavior Based on Credit Risk

    Virtual market, essential nature of electronic commerce (EC), determines credit risk is the key factor influencing consumer attitude and behavior. Based on TRA and TAM theories, this paper introduces online credit risk and perceived factors into consumer behavior model, and builds a consumer behavior model based on EC credit risk. After that, the paper uses statistical software SPSS 12 to make reliability analysis and hypothesis testing of the model, which reveal the influencing mechanism of credit risk on EC consumer behavior. Finally, this paper thinks that EC companies should begin with the three kinds of perceived factors influencing on-line credit risk to reduce consumerspsila expected credit risk of EC transactions and enhance the online consumer participation.

  • Electronic commerce development of 13 years in China: A literature analysis

    This study evaluates the current state of electronic commerce (EC) research in China. The authors examine 275 articles in 18 journals acknowledged as the top journals of the field from 1998 to 2010. This study summaries some literatures and classification for EC. The authors present the four classifications which are research field, research objects, operational progresses and research methods. The study adopts herfindahl index to analyze the diversity of E-commerce research in China.

    This document studies the problem of E-commerce as viewed from international trade statistics. It analyses the similarities and differences of the trade volume statistics of E-commerce and international trade statistics. It tries to offer suggestions for putting E-commerce statistics in international trade in practice according to the recent Manual on Statistics of International Trade.
