ICC 2021 - IEEE International Conference on Communications

The 2020 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2020) will be held in Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. SMC 2020 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. It provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to report most recent innovations and developments, summarize state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of systems science and engineering, human machine systems, and cybernetics. As the complexity of railway network increases, tools and methods for analyzing the interactions and behaviors of railway systems are needed by system engineers. This paper aims to design and develop an integrated systems analysis software (ISAS) that can efficiently access the railway integrated system design information and effectively analyze the interdependencies of railway systems, thereby increasing work productivity while reducing time and labor costs. With Microsoft Access, a relational database management system, the proposed ISAS can also extract information relevant to the user query, display it on a user-friendly graphical user interface, and summarize it in an easy-to-read report to facilitate system design discussions and meetings.
Object-oriented systems analysis and specification (OSA) is an approach to systems analysis that builds on the strengths of existing methodologies and, at the same time, addresses their weaknesses. The basic concepts behind the OSA methodology are described. The foundation of OSA system models is the object class. An object class represents a set or group of system objects that have a similar set of properties and behavior. OSA imposes a natural modularization and structure on the system model through the emphasis on object classes. Each object class in the OSA system model has a one-to-one correspondence with an actual group of objects in a real-world system. The methodology places the emphasis on understanding each system component prior to designing an implementation architecture for the system. This understanding is accomplished by building and testing conceptual models of the system under study. The resulting OSA specification provides a formal, consistent foundation for system design and implementation.<<ETX>>
On basis of surveying China's current free teaching blog, system structure, management level, and management mode of free teaching blog are analyzed deeply through systems analysis and task analysis. Ways and means of improving free teaching blog are put forward.
Teaching software development course is not easy even to people with computer science qualification, let alone to those without such background. However, the author personal experience has proven that this is not impossible. This paper aims at sharing the method adopted in teaching object-oriented systems analysis to postgraduate students without academic qualification or experience in information technology or computer science. Most of them are merely end- users to a number of ubiquitous applications software such as word processors. For the said course, three aspects were given special emphasis: concepts and theories familiarization, application of the theories, and familiarization of technical contents. In view of their background, with respect to the aspects addressed, the author would suggest that the method applied in the teaching of systems analysis is considerably successful for they manage to produce the deliverables required with acceptable quality
