Widgets are highly configurable and provide many well documented options and allow to build a complex measurement and control interface with data and video transfer. Open modular system iSES Remote Lab SDK can communicate with different measurement platforms (ISES, Arduino are ready; CMA CoachLab, Vernier etc. are tested), and also common universal measurement devices with a COM or USB port, further universal rotation and linear motion stepper motors, etc. We will demonstrate our 18 online advanced remote labs accessible at www.ises.info. All participants of the demonstration will receive a fully functional lite version of iSES Remote Lab SDK for Arduino-Uno so they can try to control a physics experiment remotely, download data and process it. The demonstration participants will build and test Arduino-Uno Remote experiments by putting selected components of the iSES Remote Lab SDK together, which includes assembling both hardware and software components in a custom way so that any user can control the experiment remotely. Even non-programmers can build up a simple RCL and publish it in 15 minutes on the Internet! We introduce a new measurement system ISES-LAN which is based on Internet of Things.

By calling the corresponding API, it can improve the efficiency of the virtual surgery system development, reduce the development cycle and provide great convenience for developers.

There are many AR application developed in many aspects of life e.g. health, education, military, industry, entertainment, etc. This research explores the location-based AR technology to develop a game named Monster Buster. This game is an Android platform. This game uses the information of latitude and longitude used to generate the position of the monster. This research is expected to develop an innovative game application that can give another user's experience by using the location-based AR technology. The Unity 3D is the game engine that is used in this research, and the Kudan SDK is used to provide the AR technology.

The Junos SDK and the Junos Space SDK facilitate innovation of the future Internet, and they can be used to considerably shorten the development cycle for the creation of technology based on embedding software into the programmable networking system.

    "Tetris" is a very popular puzzle game. It's very popular for the audiences of all ages because of its simple easy to use and other benefits. The framework of speaker independent voice controlled Tetris game based on speech recognition is introduced in this paper. Then the implementation of voice controlled Tetris game based on Microsoft Speech recognition is described in detail. Finally the system is tested and analyzed. Experiments show that, although the voice controlled system lacks flexibility, it still has some practical value for its high recognition rate and its robustness.

  • DronePilot.NET Development: AR.Drone SDK Supporting Native and Managed Code

    AR.Drone is a remote-controlled quad-rotor helicopter that is operated by computer instruction. Because communications between AR.Drone and a computer are complex, it is difficult to program AR.Drone software. Existing software development kits (SDKs) reduce those complexities, however, SDKs have many limitations. They can be difficult to use because the structure is too complex to understand, or their extensibility is too minimal for making a multifunctional application. To address these problems, we developed the new DronePilot.NET SDK. The DronePilot.NET SDK supports managed code, and it enables creation of user application programs using C# and Visual Basic. Moreover, because the proposed SDK includes code written in C++/CLI, it supports unmanaged code and enables direct access to native libraries. In addition, the DronePilot.NET SDK supports high-definition video data, image analysis by OpenCV, marker recognition by ARToolkit, and 3D object display by OpenGL. We measured the performance of our proposed SDK for processing video images and have verified its satisfactory performance.
