    Coal is an important basic energy in China, the sustainable development of coal industry is relation to the national economic and security. After systemically analyzing the feature and the state of development, system model of the coal sustainable development was created by using the tool of system dynamic. Then different development modes are sifted and sorted by utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in group decision making in order to put forward the optimal development mode for the coal industry in inner mogolia. The results indicate that the sustainable development pattern is prior to other modes in terms of the financial, resources and overall environment efficiency, which is also the best mode of coal industry development in inner mogolia.

Combined with gas-geology condition in 5th Mine in Pingdingshan Tian'An Coal Mining Corporation, a numerical model of safe rock pillar thickness is established by FLAC3D software to simulate distribution law of tensile stress and vertical displacement at the protective layer floor with different gas pressure and rock pillar thickness. Simulation results show that when safe rock pillar thickness between protective layer and protected layer is shorter than 5.0m, the protected layer will be in coal-gas outburst potential. Based on these results, the effective measures are taken to detect gas coal layer and geological structure to prevent the gas outburst of protected layer. The method of gas sources control is proposed through measuring and analyzing gas emission sources during tunnel excavation process. Field test results show that measures are safe and effective in fast driving. So the methods could be used in controlling gas outbursts under the similar conditions.

    Considering the environmental benefit of eliminating the pollution of coal enterprises has regional cumulative effects, we use the principle of large- scale system to establish regional coal companies economic coordination control model, and make an empirical study as the coal industry in Henan Province. The conclusion is that the environmental economic development level of the coal industry in Henan Province upgrade continually especially in the “Eleventh Five-Year” period, but taking into account energy efficiency, resource recovery rate, the level of coal mining mechanization, and the actual situation of widespread small coal mines, Henan coal industry is still relatively serious waste of energy and energy saving and emission reduction pressure is still larger.

    In this paper, the status of research comparative information standards at home and abroad on the basis of the analysis of the current mine information standards problem. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of coal mine of information technology and normative, eliminate information silos, improve the degree of data sharing, application system to achieve interconnection of information through the construction of the coal industry and coal industry standard system control network and the IP network to achieve data exchange standards this goal. The application of data exchange standards to unify the content and format of coal mine safety monitoring system data exchange management departments at all levels in order to achieve mine data sharing and data exchange. Therefore, building the coal industry, information technology standards, under the guidance of the standard system of research needed to develop mines data exchange standards is necessary.

  • Study on visual classification for protected objects under mining influence

    The prediction system of damage grade can direct the works of identification of mining damage, environmental protection and land reclamation, etc. It is helpful to realize the sustainable development of mining areas. This system is based on the grid data of mining subsidence prediction, comprehensive analyze different combinations of the value of ground movement and deformation, realize the visual classification and quantitative analysis of different kinds of protected objects. Illustrated by the example of damage prediction of building with brick-concrete structure, introduce the theory and using method of this system, and calculate the size of damage areas of predicted ranges and surface features' ranges. The research method and prediction system provide a new way and new tool for mining design and identification of mining damage.

  • A Study of Incentive Mechanism of Regional Coal Enterprises Environment Conservation Based on Rank-Order Tournament

    Coal enterprises environment conservation has been the important issue that is harassing the development of China's economy, and then the environment supervision of regional coal enterprises has the typical problems such as supervision difficulty and high supervision cost. Based on incentive mode of Malcomson's Rank-order tournament the paper analyzed the environment supervision of regional coal enterprises, and the results showed that designing a right premium proportion would both decrease the supervision expense of government and improve the positivity of environment conservation from coal enterprises.
